Student Registration for ALL Hardin-Jefferson ISD Campuses

These forms below are generic and are common on all campuses. Feel free to print these and bring them with you when you come to enroll your child. There may be additional forms to fill out at the respective campuses.  You will not fill out the non-resident set of papers unless you are asking for legal residency for a child.

When you register your child to attend H-J, you need to bring the following:

+ the child's Social Security Card 
+ the child's immunization record
+ Driver's license or identification card of the person who is registering the child
+ Records from the previous school attended
+ Verification of residency
+ Birth Certificate if child is enrolling in school in Texas for the first time.
